ZONED ORTHOPEDIC SPRINGING SYSTEM
The Zone configuration has head-toe helicoil springs to provide minimal partner disturbance and exceptionally stable support. Each spring is fully supportive across the mattress. This type of spring unit will maintain its shape and provide exceptional durability. The heavy gauge wire used in our spring units is manufactured specially for our spring machine and is produced to very high quality standards.
The Queen sized spring unit has 380 springs, which is more than traditional spring systems. Consequently, this unit has a longer life span and is suitable for use on spring bases, or solid slat bases.

Each coil is uniquely formed with a wide Centre Barrel which uses more wire, which is then able to withstand compression better than spring with a traditional ‘hour glass’ shape. This again reinforces the durability of the Spring Unit. |

Side Supports We use side supports with "full coil" design. These special springs can stand full compression without permanent distortion. This increases the usable sleeping area by 20% and helps reduce partner disturbance. Edge Wires Our edge wires and side support springs are assembled using special steel clips to provide secure fixings. Total Support The perimeter of the spring has superior Oil-Tempered edge wires manufactured from high-tensile wire to provide reinforcement for the edge support springs.
